is bright little honeycreeper loves sipping nectar from native flowers. The  cheerful presence on Mauna Kea brings life to the mountain.

ʻElepaio

is a curious little flycatcher is known for its bold personality and beautiful song. The ʻelepaio actively hunts insects in the forest, often following hikers and hopping from branch to branch while calling out its distinctive "eh-leh-PAI-oh" sound.
