Ceramic Pitchers - Hand Building Workshop

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th, 4PM-6PM

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of hand-building as you construct and decorate your very own functional ceramic pitcher. Guided by our instructor, you’ll explore techniques such as slab building, coiling, and joining to form your pitcher’s body, handle, and spout. Once constructed, you’ll add personal flair with surface decoration—whether through stamping, carving, or adding texture and color

Workshop Includes:

-All materials and clay

-Use of tools and decorating supplies

-Instruction in hand-building and pitcher design

-Surface decorating techniques (stamping, carving, texturing)

-Glazing and kiln firing of your finished piece (ready for pick-up after firing)
